FIT to the CORE is committed to providing everyone in our community the opportunity to get involved in creating a fitter and healthier community. And it's FREE!!
Our unique Walkers Club was formed from feedback from our clients that wanted to help us put together such a program but didn't know how. What makes this club unique is not only is it FREE, but the value you will get out of walking with our founder, Peter Tiliacos.
Peter will teach you about healthy eating, how walking started his journey to his huge weight loss, how walking is so important in your everyday life and most importantly, how walking can improve your fitness and live a healthier life.
If you're at an excellent fitness level and much prefer to jog, or if you're sick of jogging alone and would love to join a group, we can certainly cater for you as well.
